Green card and EU 4th Directive representation
We settle claims on behalf of insurance companies. We have legal knowledge, competence, experience to provide excellent service our Clients’ deserve, this is achieved by employing a dedicated team of experienced claims handling specialists who individually will manage your cases from case creation to conclusion.
Telephone assistance to the driver at the scene
We understand how worrying and stressful it can be for a driver involved in a road traffic collision in a different country to communicate with other driver or the police officers when they do not have sufficient English language skills, therefore our multilingual team can assist the driver via telephone call. During the telephone call we explain of the steps to take as well as helping to exchange the details.
Vehicle inspection
We work together with some UK leading companies that can assess the vehicle at an early stage of claim. We can also obtain a desktop vehicle damage assessment. During the assessment the engineer will determine the value of the damages vehicle. Our aim is to help parties to return the pre-accident state as soon as possible. Our partners offer a tailored service to help to drive down the cost of claims, maximise opportunities and deliver exemplary customer service, underpinned by 24/7 operations.
Vehicle recovery
If the vehicle is not drivable following the road traffic collision via our partners we can arrange vehicle recovery.
Vehicle repairs
That gives great coverage, capacity and service options, which all add up to a better experience. The repairs are completed to a high standard and without unnecessary delays to allow people get back on the road as soon as possible.
Replacement vehicle
Our partners can provide a replacement vehicle whilst the vehicle undergoes the repairs. This way we can control on length of hire period. Our partners will inform the claimant of mitigation principle to ensure that the claimant understand their obligation under the law.
Claims recovery
Most of our clients repair their vehicles when the vehicle has returned to home country. If the liability for the collision rests with the other driver we can assist with recovery of the costs of the repairs from the responsible party.
Medical assessment
Our partners are a respected market leading medical reporting agency who we have the expert knowledge and experience to drive exceptional service and quality. Our Partner is one of the UK’s largest providers of medical reports and rehabilitation services offering a bespoke service for all medical reporting needs. Their leading panel of experts’ and treatment providers covers wide areas of the UK to enable to offer convenient appointments, and the dedicated team of treatment professionals work to ensure that injured person is treated at a high standard, with many of the therapists being located within 3 miles of injured person’s home or work address.
Provide treatment to reduce the recovery period
The effects of an accident can be extremely debilitating on top of the added stress of a claims process. We understand the strain on parties involved both physically and psychologically, so our partners are on hand to provide practical and empathetic support to the injured party as they progress through their required rehabilitation programme. The dedicated rehabilitation team will work with the injured person to provide the best treatment at the earliest opportunity. With nationwide networks of private UK hospitals and diagnostic service providers ensure that our partners can facilitate all treatments and diagnostic services for the injured person. Some of the services are Physiotherapy, Psychotherapy, MRI scan and X-ray.
